Buying A Watch

As a trusted Swiss Watch Specialist we ensure all products are sold to the description listed, as you can appreciate dealing with used and pre owned items the watches are likely to have different levels of conditions.  Whilst some items may be like new, others maybe older and showing signs of their age, the key however will be within the description.  We are watch enthusiasts so we would only stock and sell an item which we are professionals would be happy to wear.  With this in mind, please rest assured we offer a no quibble 14 days returns policy.

Once a purchase has been made through our website or agreed over the phone and payment has been made, we will arrange to have the item shipped to you by a next day courier service.  Before dispatching your item we will contact you to arrange a suitable day.  All items will be fully insured during transit and you will be supplied with a tracking number to monitor your watch and its progress.

Selling Your Watch To Us

If you approach us for a quotation to sell your watch we will aim to provide you with a formal offer right away.  Some watches will be harder to price than others and may take slightly longer to obtain the quote but rest assured we will come back to you.  Once we have been able to establish a quotation price, we will send you a 'watch purchase' email whereby we will make an offer to buy your watch.  The quote will be valid for 7 days, and should you wish to accept the offer then you simply follow the instructions within the email or speak to our team.  The price we offer is based on the item being in good condition for its age and having the correct paperwork and boxes in place unless you mentioned otherwise in your quote application.

Privacy Policy 

Your details will be stored securely and will not be passed to any third parties.  Our Brands Swiss Watch Specialist and Sell My Swiss Watch may contact you via phone or email occasionally by phone or email, however you can opt out of any further marketing.  No payment information will be stored and all customer information is treated with the strictest confidence.
